Then how do I make a purchase!?
Simply add any items you're looking for to your cart, then check out with PayPal!

Can I buy this for my kids to play with?
Really, it's never advised that anyone buy custom figures for their kids to play with. They simply don't have the durability to survive how rough most kids can be. Custom figures are poseable and always intended for adult collectors.

Do you accept returns?
I do not. I have been scammed too many times in the past to accept them anymore. But, if there is a problem with the figure, contact me and we will resolve it.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping options have finally started working again, so that should pop up for you. If not, feel free to go to the Contact section and email me directly!

I'm not used to eCrater. Is there buyer protection?
Yes! PayPal offers buyer protection in the same way eBay does.

I like a certain Completed Figure, but I want some details changed. Is that possible?
No. All completed listings are sold as is. Agreeing to alter details is a slippery slope that always gets a bit out of control.

There are a ton that I want to buy at once! Do you do bulk discounts?
I do not. Prices are already as low as I can keep them, so I don't do bulk discounts or take offers. Just a combined shipping rate that applies at checkout.

Do you work in any other scales?
Afraid not. 4" or 1:18 scale is all I prefer to work in these days. No 6", and definitely no 12". Specific heights range from 3.75-4.5, but I only specifically note it in the listings when they end up 5" or around 2". But even those pieces are still built in 1:18 scale.
